After a three-hour class taught by Jenny and Heather Goldberg, the sisters behind LA's Spork Food, you'll be convinced that healthful fare doesn't mean denying pleasure. Every weekend, a small group gathers in a Silverlake kitchen to learn how to make bright, flavorful dishes that you'd happily serve to your omnivore friends. Our favorite accomplishments: butternut squash and sage lasagna, red pepper and caramelized onion tarts, and a minty chocolate mousse.
