Take Gusto Grilled Organics, a bright new Manhattan restaurant that offers a dozen different grilled pizzas, all crisp, tasty, and about $9. There's obviously an Argentine in the kitchen: The rest of the menu includes empanadas, alfajores, dulce de leche ice cream, and steak sandwiches called the Patagonia, Pampa and Porteno. If it feels like a Cosi with NOFA-NY certification, we welcome the day when organic pizza becomes fast food.
