The Deptford Project

How green is London’s new Deptford Project? Oh, let us count the ways: 1.) Spearheaded by Alison Brooks Architects, it's an ambitious revitalization of the Deptford Station, the city's oldest passenger railway station. 2.) Future plans include a dynamic public square and revolving art, design, music, and film programs. 3.) The first phase — a railcar cum chic café — was completed this summer, which means you’ll know exactly where to go next time you’re in town and fancy sustainably harvested coffee and locally produced food.
