Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly accept your return and provide a replacement.

Return Eligibility

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
  • Products must be unused, in the original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
  • Only orders placed directly through ozolife.com are eligible for return.
  • Sample items are non-refundable.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns due to policy abuse within our sole and absolute discretion.

Diffuser Returns:

  • Diffusers can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Diffusers must be unused, in original packaging, and include all parts, accessories, and documentation.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies to diffuser returns.
  • Used diffusers are not eligible for refunds.

How to Start a Return

  • Ozo will provide you with a return approval.

Return Shipping & Handling Instructions

  • Ship items within 5 days of receiving your return approval.
  • Ensure items are in original packaging with all cords, adapters, bottles, accessories, and documentation for safe handling.
  • For diffuser returns, please remove any fragrance oil to prevent damage.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using trackable shipping, as Ozo is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages in transit.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and accepting the return.
  • A small restocking fee may apply for larger or frequent returns.
